In response to the St. Croix and Pierce County Health Advisories, All Croix Inspections will be following the WEDC guidelines as preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19 until further notice.
On-site inspections are limited to "open air" inspections only. This means inspections for new houses, new commercial buildings, decks, pools, fences, outbuildings etc. will still take place. In some cases, a video inspection or an affidavit may be used in lieu of an on-site visit to maintain schedules. The inspectors will make that determination on a case-by-case basis.
Inspections for alterations/additions or any inspections that require the inspector to enter a home where people are dwelling will be handled by an "off-site" inspection method that will be decided on a case by case basis by our office. An "off-site" inspection could include an affidavit and pictures or a video phone call. "Final " inspections
for alterations or additions may be postponed at the inspector's discretion. In the case that your permit expires within this time, you will be given an extra 30 days to request your final inspection without penalty.
Inspection requests for all will still be handled in the same manner--making the request by noon thru our website.
All applications other than New House and New Commercial applications should be submitted via email at email@example.com. (You will receive an emailed response within 24 hours letting you know that your application has been put in the queue. If you do not get a response within 24 hours, assume it was not received and follow-up with a phone call.)
New house and new commercial applications require an appointment for drop-off. Please email to set up an appointment time.
All Croix Inspections will contact you when your permit is ready and make arrangements for payment and permit retrieval.
NONE--by appointment only
