How Do I Submit an Application?

The preferred method of submittal for projects other than new dwellings or new commercial structures is via EMAIL to  office@allcroix.com

  • Upload all documents in one email

  • Upload as attachments (not pictures in the body of the email.)

  • If you are missing any documents, we will let you know right away--however, you will need to resend all of the documents back with your missing items for one complete application.

New Dwelling Applications  (including Modular Homes, Manufactured Homes, Sheds with Living Quarters, Shouses, Barndominiums) and New Commercial Applications (excluding signs) MUST BE BROUGHT IN TO THE ALL CROIX OFFICE.  WALK-IN OFFICE HOURS (M-TH, 1 PM-4PM) or other times by appointment. (Email office at allcroix.com for an appointment.)

Applications for projects other than new dwellings or new commercial structures may be brought into the office during WALK-IN office hours (M-TH, 1 PM -4PM.) However, if you are missing items, you will be required to take your application with you as we cannot accept incomplete applications.
