All inspections meet or exceed industry standards.
Most home
inspections take approximately 3 hours to complete. We
encourage
you to attend the home
inspection to better understand all components on your future
home. Joining
us will allow you to ask questions about the inspection.
Immediately following the inspection, you will receive an on site
computer generated
report that covers all aspects of the home inspection.

Roof, chimney, flashing, valleys - Evidence of water
penetration, materials, and condition
Gutters & down spouts - General condition and proper
displacement of water
Driveways, patios, decks, porches - General condition of each
Air conditioner
Interior Inspection

Walls, floors, ceilings, windows - General condition of each

Plumbing system - All visible fixtures, pipes and drains tested
for operation

Electrical system - Outside entrance wiring, service panel and
visible wiring inspected. Random testing of outlets

Heating system - Visible portion of heating system and
components

Attic system - Visible roof sheathing, ventilation, insulation
and framing

Basement - Foundation soundness and evidence of moisture
